A.P.G.Pandya LLB. LLM (Lond)- Chair
A.P.G.Pandya studied at Mill Hill School, and read law at the University of Leicester. As a law student he read a biography of the Lord Chancellor Birkenhead which inspired him to organise and Chair the University Debating Society. He received a First-Class degree in International Law at the London School of Economics studying with Professor Christopher Greenwood QC CMG, with whom he currently studies for a PhD in law. He has taught international law at several UK Universities. He was appointed Fellow, Department of Law, London School of Economics in 2007 where he teaches and examines law. He has also worked with several leading jurists at the English Bar including, Lord Mustill, Lord Justice Sedley, Sir Anthony Colman QC and Professor Sir Richard Plender QC LLD.
He is author of 'Conservatism for the Future, A vision for British Conservatism' (Teapot Publishing, ISBN 978-0-9563548-0-8)
He is passionate about open and free debate and politics to better the welfare of Britain and British nationals.

Simon Paul received a First Class degree in Politics, Philosophy and Logic at the London School of Economics. He is passionate about British culture and politics.
Hal Iggulden
Hal Iggulden is a theatre director and a number-one best selling author. His book 'Dangerous Book for Boys' reached number one in The Sunday Times non-fiction listing, on Amazon UK, and won the Galaxy Best Book Award. His interests include British social cohesion through the assertion of British values. His theatre productions and his involvement in the Birkenhead Society is primarliy due to his love of Britain and the value of free-speech.
Dr. M. I. Niblett BA, MSc(Dphil (Oxon))
Dr Niblett was born and raised in Stroud. He read History at the University of Leicester, graduating with First-class honours and the prize for the best undergraduate dissertation. While at Leicester he chaired the University Debating Society, and was a British judge at the 2001 European Debating Championships. After obtaining a Distinction in his Masters degree in Political Thought, he moved to Keble College, Oxford, where he read for his D.Phil. in Modern History with a thesis investigating enlightenment, religion, and intellectual culture in 18th century Britain. In 2008, Dr Niblett was appointed a Research Fellow in the Faculty of Theology at the University of Oxford.
When not engaged in research, Dr Niblett is a keen musician and mountain walker. His dislike of fashionable nonsense, and his interest in British history and culture, encouraged him to assist in forming the Birkenhead Society. He is independent of political affiliation and is not a member of any political party.
Abha Pandya (BA (Oxon)) LLM (London).
Miss Pandya graduated in 2003 from Pembroke College, Oxford, with a B.A. in Jurisprudence. She has worked as a waitress, a Starbucks barista, a C.A.B. Adviser, a MIND Advocate and tutor of law and languages. After obtaining an LLM in Public International Law at SOAS, London, Miss Pandya conducted legal research for a Russian human rights NGO as part of a three month sejour in Moscow. It was during this period of reflection that her British ideals were reinforced and she returned to the UK in order to better get to know her country. Called to the Bar in 2007, she has a common law practice including experience of prosecuting a wide range of CPS cases in the Magistrates' and Crown Courts.
Miss Pandya is a committee member of the Birkenhead Society because she believes in 'Britishness' and that an opinion can only be dismissed only following an appropriate discussion and evaluation. Furthermore, she brings to it her feminine but not-so-soft touch.
Prof., Anthony M. W. E. R. Eaton LLM (Cantab)., MBA., Dr. jur., JD., DCL., D.Univ (H.C.), FCMI.,FRSA
Professor Eaton served with the Royal Air Force during the Korean War. He read law at the University of Cambridge and was appointed a Fellow of Jesus College , where he taught law for a decade. He was subsequently appointed Professor of Private International Law at Georgetown University Law School, Washington D.C. He served as Her Majesty's AG to the Turks and Caicos Islands and has a life-time interest in British politics.
He was called to the Bar at Gray’s Inn. He was appointed Her Majesty’s Attorney-General to the Turks and Caicos Islands and has held an international law practice for many years. He has published significantly in international commercial law. He has a huge interest in British politics and culture and creating an open forum for debate, hence is a founding member of the Birkenhead Society.
